I haven't done them yet so I wonder if I have to fill them out first. I filled out other rice specific info but not the supplements. It's really weird because I swear to god it wasn't there before. Ok maybe I just have to start filling out the info and then it'll show up. Haven't started at all yet hehe. Glad I'm not the only one having an essay prompt not there or magically appear though. Which one do you prefer though? Btw, for rice, there was a question that asked to upload your favorite pictures of file of some sort.
Do you know what you're doing for that one? I'm going to apply RD. Probably Reddit for the most part. And for the box question, I'm not really sure yet but because one of my hobbies is photography I might use one of my pictures. I'm applying for RD as well. On a different note, do you know anything about that prompt in my original post? Unless you're using coalition instead of common app I found another Reddit post saying that it apparently just randomly showed up for them lmao.

Are you sure you want to delete this answer? Your essay is informal - immediately a big NO. Admission committees value more those who can excellently write formal essays and still convey their personality in their works.
An informal essay, while arguably the best essay to use to incorporate much of the writer's personality, is immediately shot down by colleges due to the ease of making one. Your essay is good as it is, but not college admission-material. Schools are looking for intelligence. Writing a good essay is a good thing, but being able to incorporate some intelligent concepts is another. If I were you, I would include some aspects of altruism to show that you are selfless and contributing to society by getting a higher education.
